   Started a new internationally blended DevOps contract team to support our Salesforce CRM implementation which will unify/integrate the company\'s primary systems. The team does everything from L1/L2 operational support to pipeline management and deployment. Our team coordinates across several development teams and brings everything into a cohesive whole. Later, started a 2nd team, non-contract and fully on-shore, to replace the initial team.• Responsible for the management and maintenance of environments, CICD pipelines (ADO), and manage/coordinate multiple development workstreams for feature/code releases (release management, every three weeks).• Drive outage calls (24x7), research and produce outage findings, and implement lessons learned.• Currently participating in on-going technology platform migration to open-source solutions (e.g, Titan logs, Camel, etc.).• Developed the team Knowledgebase document accelerating team training and increasing performance consistency.
