This includes estimating and bidding processes, coordinating work with project owner representatives, architects, engineers, inspectors, and site subcontractors, and writing contracts and purchase orders. While writing contracts and purchase orders I am responsible for using company boilerplate language to document all ordered work, schedules, projected costs, change orders and technical specifications, etc. The goal for Whiting-Turner is deliver our project to the owner on time and under budget.
