Launching The Hive came from a simple but urgent truth: most companies are being sold AI faster than they can absorb it. It started with building 40+ iPhone apps and learning the hard way that failure can be the best teacher. That foundation launched a career spent fixing what breaks when companies try to scale. Over the last 15+ years, I’ve worn every hat — developer, product owner, founder, strategist — and led growth across both Fortune 500s and venture-backed startups. The common thread: translating complex technology into measurable business outcomes.
