   Provide operational and strategic leadership for the administration and business development of the Digestive Health service line. Responsible for enhancement and alignment among Yale New Haven Health and Yale School of Medicine. Create and implement new team models that position Digestive Health services as a destination site for patients and a national referral site. Strategic and business planning of new Digestive Health Centers, physician business models, service line performance, and implementation of new projects with defined milestones and metrics. Responsible for external network clinical partnerships & business development. Member of the GI Cancer Center leadership team, collaborative digestive health administrative partner to Yale Cancer Center, Transplant Services and Psychiatry. Notable Accomplishments-Developed the clinical program alignment committee (CPAC) composed of chiefs, associate chiefs and medical directors; setting the strategy, defining the clinical models and building the future center sites for the service line-Successfully designed and implemented a Digestive Health virtual CME platform that attracts over 700 viewers per year from all of the country-Developed and implemented new models of care with pharmacy and behavioral health in IBD, Motility and Weight Loss. Improving patient experience and outcomes-Successfully led pharmacy and physician teams to increase specialty pharmacy alignment & revenue-Led health system marketing & service line teams to develop a comprehensive marketing plan inclusive of social, video, print, and media for Digestive-Led strategic program planning, building local and national reputation and recognition-Implemented service line outreach efforts that resulted in new clinical relationships & partnerships-Led the ground up strategies & business plans for the Digestive Health centers in four new locations throughout CT.
