1. National Business & Employment Relations Lead

   Coach and train one-on-one and up to a team of three vocational services business relations specialists to establish business partnerships and candidate employment.•Established a coaching program for 13 field services staff resulting in a 15% increase in candidate placements in seven months.•Guided over 500 high school age to 65 years old, on employment readiness skills including interest inventories, resumes, networking, information interviews, interviewing and negotiating job offers.•Established and co-facilitated five coaching support groups during the Covid-19 pandemic which resulted in five individuals becoming re-employed and two receiving promotions. •Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with diversity, inclusion and, HR professionals with thirty-two Fortune 500 companies to date.•Consult with human resource teams, DEIA professionals and line managers on best practices for recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training individuals who are DeafBlind.•Founded and Chaired five National Employment Awareness Month attracting 1600+ attendees from businesses, nonprofits and vocational services. •Advise on a go-to-market strategy for a website testing and remediation initiative resulting in the employment of 11 individuals to date.•Strategize and coach 34 HKNC field services staff to capitalize on existing business partnerships.•Member of a team developing training platforms and curricula for businesses and academic institutions based on the DeafBlind experience and success of the Oscar-nominated film “Feeling Through” featuring the first ever DeafBlind actor.•Established and enhanced candidate readiness training programs while mentoring Helen Keller Services Coordinators and Employment Specialists.•Established organization-wide protocols to streamline training, transition and candidate placement systems, along with an internal candidate marketing and referral process.
