Hello, Thanks for looking at my profile page. I am an experienced engineering project manager having worked in the packaging and process industries for over 25 years. Since1997 I have worked for Krones, the worlds leading supplier of high speed filling and packaging lines. I have a track record in the successful management of multi-disciplinary food and beverage projects with typical customers including Diageo, Coca Cola Enterprises, Coca Cola HBC, Arla Foods, AB-Anbev and Princes Group. I have end-to-end project management experience from: • Initial feasibility and design study. • Line layout / design. • Budgeting. • Commercial negotiations. • Plant installation / site management under CDM regulations. • Commissioning and acceptance trials, PUWER. • Documentation SOP, BOP’s etc • Line optimisation and maintenance. For much of my time I have been embedded on customer sites, working hand-in-hand with their operations and project staff and as such have had extensive exposure to blue-chip companies working with what must be considered the best industry practices, including lean, continuous improvement, 5S etc. From my early career I still retain a good appreciation of the mechanical and electrical design of packaging and process equipment for which I maintain an active interest. In addition I have no problem getting my hands dirty when it is called for.
