Responsible for ensuring the successful development, coordination, and execution of large-scale, very complex, enterprise IT Programs, particular platform migrations of members and providers from legacy (acquired) systems to Centene IT systems. In this role I was responsible for the entire IT workstreams, with program budgets of approximately $5M -$10 million (exception of PBM migration valued at $40 million) with average durations of 9-14 months. Portfolio of successfully led programs includes: • PBM Migration from CVS to Express-Scripts – Currently managing a year-long initiative to migrate Centene’s pharmacy benefit management (PBM) from CVS to Express Scripts for 20 million Centene members valued at approximately $35 billion. Believe to be the largest PBM migration in the industry (based upon drug spend and revenue), the IT budget for this migration is $40 million. Completion 1/1/2024. • New Jersey Medicaid Member Migration – Currently leading the migration of the 110K Medicaid member population from legacy WellCare to Centene IT systems subsequent to Centene’s acquisition of WellCare. Completion ETA Q2 2023. • Michigan Medicaid Member Migration – Led the platform migration of the 560K Medicaid member population from legacy Meridian Healthplan IT systems to Centene IT systems subsequent to Centene’s acquisition of WellCare/Meridian.
