ABOUT JOSEPH LOBBAN

Joseph Lobban is a strategic leader, customer service expert, veteran, and humanitarian with over 20 years of experience. He is a transformational leader that delivers results, sparks initiative wherever he is employed, remains loyal to those he is associated with, and displays an fun & professional personality to any situation. Joseph worked in various leadership positions in the United States Army, from a 4 personnel Team Leader to Company level (150 personnel) Senior Enlisted Leader, during his 17 year career. His technical experience includes various planning, operational, resource, administration, logistical, financial, and reporting positions at organizational levels exceeding people. During his career, he held several specialized duties, such as Master Resilience Training and Sexual Harassment and Assault Response (SHARP) Coordinator. His awards include the Meritorious Service Medal, 12 Commendation Medals, and deployed to war zones around the world on 6 different occasions. After his military service, Joseph undertook a veterans fellowship program with The Mission Continues. During this time, he volunteered at Fayetteville Area Operation Inasmuch, a local non-profit organization to help the area\'s homeless population. during his time there, Joe went out into the population to assist the homeless with any necessities, service guidance, or to just be a friend to them. His work and dedication led to hiring as the first manager of The Lodge, the only men\'s homeless shelter in operation for the area. The shelter operated at 95% capacity at it\'s peak enrollment. Joseph left the position as Lodge Manager to pursue a lifelong goal of completing a university level education. He is currently enrolled at Liberty University, pursuing a Double Major in Christian Leadership and Development & Business Administration, with a minor in Ministry. He is also a freelance courier for Grubhub, Postmates, and Door Dash while attending school full time. In his down town, Joseph hosts \"The Nation Show\", a weekly sports talk show on Youtube. The audience of the show does extremely well in the key advertising demographics. Furthermore, Joe volunteers with local veterans in the Fayetteville Area. He holds a bi-weekly veteran check in meeting to ensure fellow veterans have someone to share their successes, griefs, and struggles with. Joseph\'s strengths are his dedication to duty, willingness to volunteer for the tougher work assignments, and a welcoming personality that will make anyone laugh. He will be an asset to any organization that he works for.
