Sales support : • Support Sales team in costing, quotation, order backlog data and invoicing plan for various portfolio handled by services team (parts, plant components, upgrades, maintenance work, consumables and training)• Understand customer needs and provide offer to Customer & Sales Team.• Follow up with Customer Sales Team on open offers. Update and continuously review leads and opportunities in sales force• Tracking of sales target to ensure our monthly target is achieved • Participate in key accounts planning • Forecasting for parts, plant component and consumables as per installed based • Support Services Director and Business controller in sales budgeting and 3 year plan. Pricing & master data :• Update sales price for spares & plant components in SAP as per requirement from Customer and Sales Team • Identify vendor for parts / plant components, and negotiate for better pricing and lead time (manly for 3rd part equipment parts)• Ensure part information is correctly updated in PIV• Review and update customer master data on a regular basis
