I’m a strategist and coach with over 35 years of experience across government, nonprofits, and consulting. While my background includes deep policy expertise in energy and climate change, my current focus is helping people navigate career or life transitions.In particular, I support: Leaders and professionals in the environmental, energy, and nonprofit world who are navigating career or life transitions. Current and former care partners who are considering their next chapters after years of giving to others.These two worlds are deeply meaningful to me. Working on climate change and clean energy has been my life’s work, and I’m hoping to help dedicated professionals in these sectors move through this period of change and uncertainty.My experience as a care partner for a spouse with Frontotemporal Dementia (FTD) has shown me both the heartbreaking impact of the disease on families and the possibility for resilience, connection, and hope.
