   For over a decade at KPMG, I worked directly with clients—solving problems, leading projects, and learning the language of both business and tech.Joining Expeditors brought me from advising the front lines to becoming one.It was one of the hardest decisions of my life, second only to moving to the U.S. with no English fluency and a dream to build systems that matter.At Expeditors, I lead a cross-functional team overseeing sales systems, commission platform transformation, and analytics infrastructure across global sales.I partner closely with Sales Operations, Account Management, Accounting, Payroll, and I.S. to deliver scalable solutions that drive growth, clarity, and trust. Highlights:• Leading the enterprise-wide transition from SAP Callidus to SAP HANA for commission processes• Driving the redesign of core commission architecture—balancing data integrity, flexibility, and scale• Supporting over 1,400+ payees—including Sales and Account Management teams—and nearly total system users across operations, accounting, payroll, and other functions• Building integrated workflows with new CRM and reporting platforms to improve visibility and performance tracking• Coaching analysts on systems thinking, root-cause validation, and scalable design approachesThis role blends everything I’ve built so far—tax tech discipline, systems thinking, analytics, and leadership—into a single mission: Can we build the kind of systems that people actually trust, use, and feel empowered by?That’s the question I’m answering—every day.
