   As Microsoft transitions from Modern Work to AI Business Solutions to further strengthen the AI transformation journey, I’m proud to be part of the Customer Solutions Area (CSA), leading Enablement and Community Strategy for the new AI Workforce solution suite within the Small, Medium, and Corporate & Enterprise Corporate (SME & C Corporate) segment.I lead enablement and community strategy for all AI Workforce roles in SME & C Corporate—including Digital Solution Specialists (DSS), Digital Solution Engineers (DSE), and AI Workforce Managers; helping them land with confidence in our solution plays: Copilot and Agents at Work and Secure AI Productivity.My focus is on building clarity, connection, and capability across our global field, ensuring every seller feels empowered to drive AI transformation with customers.I’m passionate about scalable enablement, inclusive communities, and storytelling that brings strategy to life.
