ABOUT JOSEPHINE GRISHAM
Growing up in the small town of Edwardsburg, I developed a strong foundation in hard work, community engagement, and perseverance, values that continue to inform my academic and professional pursuits. In University, I made the Dean\'s list and received my Bachelor\'s Degree in only three years. I believe that honesty, loyalty, and equal rights should guide both personal and professional relationships, as they encourage trust, accountability, and inclusivity. I wish to apply these qualities towards a career in Communication studies. These principles motivate me to contribute meaningfully to any team or organization by promoting respect and integrity in every interaction across all media platforms.My experiences in tennis, theater, Radical Health Club, and the PR position on the board of the Baking Circle Club have cultivated discipline, creativity, and resilience. Additionally, leadership roles in the baking club and volunteer service with the Lions Club have strengthened my communication and empathy. Whether conducting research, managing projects, or collaborating with colleagues, I bring a commitment to greatness, adaptability, and teamwork. My goal is to contribute positively to an organization’s culture and success through dedication, clear communication, and a genuine respect for others.
