My work sits at the intersection of education, healthcare, and operations, and I thrive on bringing clarity, collaboration, and thoughtful problem‑solving to complex processes.With over 30 years of experience in healthcare—spanning clinical roles, academic programs, and operational leadership—I’ve built a strong foundation in project management, communication, people development, and process improvement. I enjoy leading teams and supporting employees in ways that help them feel confident, informed, and equipped to provide excellent service. Developing people, strengthening communication, and fostering a collaborative culture are some of the most energizing parts of my work.I love transforming workflows, strengthening partnerships, and using data to tell stories that help students, faculty, and staff see the larger purpose behind the work we do. My background in human biology, psychology, and communication sciences shapes the way I support diverse learners and teams—I believe in meeting people where they are, building trust, and creating environments where both students and staff can grow.At my core, I’m driven by helping others succeed—whether that’s guiding students through training requirements, coaching team members, supporting faculty initiatives, or implementing systems that keep clinics running smoothly.
