About Joe Schultz

Growing up in Minnesota, I was taught to be true to myself and stand behind my word. These values later became the backbone of my career. In the first phase of my professional life, I spent 22 years learning and growing at Target Corporation. During my tenure, I was able to surround myself with inspiring mentors who taught me how to adapt in the retail industry. With many promotions and shifts in the organization, I learned to think nimbly, seek out new knowledge when approaching challenges, and take pleasure in looking toward the horizon. A few years ago, I made the leap into the agency world and was lucky enough to connect with innovative, multi-talented team at Harbor. Each day, I wake up asking myself how I can reach a little further, dive a little deeper, and add a little more value for our clients. When each individual on a team is free to be themselves and focus on doing their best work, good things will happen — and good things are happening here.
