I am a first-year MBA candidate at NYU Stern and Scholar in the Altman-Paulson Initiative on Credit and Distressed Opportunities. As a former Credit Analyst at S&P Global Ratings, I evaluated both public and private companies across the media, telecom, and regulated utility sectors. In addition to surveillance coverage, I gained direct transaction experience by working on new issuer ratings and rating evaluation service (RES) engagements, collaborating with bankers and management teams to assess financing structures and capital market transactions.My work has included building and maintaining detailed, bottom-up financial models, communicating with issuers and bankers on capital structure considerations, and analyzing complex debt instruments including corporate bonds, term loans, mezzanine debt, and broadly syndicated loans.I will be joining JP Morgan Private Bank as a Summer Associate in June.
