Additionally, coordinated procurement by liaising with equipment suppliers.• Managed and mentored a Chemical Engineering intern, delegating tasks and overseeing delivery of key process design outputs.• Directed process safety activities, including being the HAZOP facilitator & creation of safety documentation (SOPs, MSDS), and implementation of safety controls for acidic, high-temperature processes such as maintenance logs, introducing LOTO & pre-operation safetybriefings.
