   Responsible for building the Equity function post SPAC go live• Developed and delivered global training for equity compensation including ESPP, Stock Options and RSUs• Rolled out a new company wide domestic ESPP program.• Built out several processes including monthly grant practices, stock option exercise process, domestic and international termination processing.• Worked closely with Payroll to develop automated processing with E*TRADE• Transitioned Science 37 from Carta stock administration to E*TRADE stock administration• Developed strong relationships with internal business partners including payroll, legal and accounting.• Managed a companywide Tender Offer that allowed employees to swap them out of the money stock options for RSUs. This included communications, working with accounting, working with our external provider as well as other business partners. • Held several companywide educational meetings that educated our employees on current equity programs as well as new plans that I rolled out (ESPP and RSUs). • Responsible for managing Science 37 recent reverse stock split. This included educational materials, working with external providers such as E*Trade and our Transfer Agent, and working with internal resources such as Legal and Accounting.
