About Joseph Elich
Joseph Elich is a Sr Engineer and mRNA Group Leader in the mRNA and Non-Viral Delivery group at Prime Medicine. He is passionate about accelerating the development of novel therapeutics and vaccines from research labs to patients in need. Joseph received Bachelor\'s and Master\'s degrees in Biological and Chemical Engineering from Cornell University. He has over 10 years of experience in process, analytical, and automation development in various CMC and Technical Development organizations. Prior to Prime Medicine, Joseph worked in mRNA Process Development at Moderna and supported the early-stage development, scale-up, and eventual regulatory approval of SpikeVax COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine, among other programs. Joseph also previously worked on early-stage process and analytical development of antibody conjugates at Genentech.
