I lead high-performing project teams delivering complex, Node-enabled buildings from concept through design, construction, handover and tenant aftercare.As Head of Project Management, I oversee the full project lifecycle — from initial site surveys and technical due diligence, through RIBA design stages, into live project delivery and long-term operational support. My focus is on ensuring physical infrastructure, digital connectivity and building intelligence are seamlessly integrated to create resilient, future-proof assets.I work closely with internal leadership, consultants, contractors and client stakeholders, providing clear strategic direction, structured governance and concise milestone reporting to keep projects aligned, controlled and moving forward.With deep expertise in physical infrastructure and a proven track record of integrating into multi-disciplinary design teams, I specialise in embedding connectivity and smart-building requirements early, where they deliver the greatest commercial and operational value.I have extensive experience delivering WiredScore-certified developments, and all buildings I have taken through design and certification have achieved Platinum status.My approach is practical, collaborative and outcomes-driven — translating complex technical challenges into clear solutions that enhance asset performance, tenant experience and long-term value.
