ABOUT JOSEPH STEINBACH
I am an enthusiast for all things construction. I have 20 years in the construction industry with experience in general labour, carpentry, framing, roofing and home building. I am a skilled concrete finisher with over 15 years experience in commercial, agricultural and residential flooring, during this time I have had the opportunity to test new products and help develop pouring and finishing techniques. My experience led to estimating, sales and practical project management. I have since graduated from the Construction Project Management program at Algonquin College with honors. I am continually learning about products, applications and techniques and enjoy using that knowledge combined with experience to find solutions. With the natural gift of conversation, I enjoy both learning from others and sharing my knowledge and can lead meetings and support stakeholders of all levels. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of translating technical specifications into practical applications.
