As a first-chair trial lawyer and partner at Proskauer Rose LLP, I represent many of the nation’s leading companies across diverse industries in all facets of intellectual property litigation — before state and federal courts, the International Trade Commission, and the American Arbitration Association. I co-lead Proskauer’s Patent Law group and am a member of both the Intellectual Property and Trials practices.As a trusted advisor to corporate executives and a national leader in the legal community, I bring more than two decades of experience in domestic and international IP and complex commercial disputes, including patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, trade dress, and false advertising matters. I also counsel clients on IP acquisition, transfer, protection, and enforcement.Beyond my litigation practice, I served on the American Bar Association’s Standing Committee on the Federal Judiciary, representing the Second and Federal Circuits. In that capacity, I provided testimony before the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee during the confirmation hearings of Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson. I also serve on the boards of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association, the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, and Legal Services NYC, reflecting my long-standing commitment to advancing excellence, integrity and justice within the legal profession and the broader community.Recognized among the top lawyers in the United States, I am honored to be listed in Forbes: America’s Top Lawyers (2025), Lawdragon Leading Litigators in America (2025), Best Lawyers in America (2025), and Savoy Magazine’s 2024 Most Influential Lawyers.
