Facilitated client workshops to accelerate aircraft CONOPS development, identified critical program risks, and implemented mitigation strategies.• Developed manufacturing and weld sequencing precedence models in collaboration with client representatives for naval shipbuilding, encompassing thousands of parts and over 80 work order packages. Fostered collaboration with the Digital Transformation Office to integrate into shipyard operations and create training materials. Managed relationships with approximately 60 shipyard supervisors and managers through regular check-ins and working sessions during the rollout.• Implemented a Supplier Relationship Management framework to optimize purchasing power, procurement efficiency, and operational performance for key suppliers. Developed supplier profiles and executed action plans to advance supplier strategy, including resource allocation and timelines.
