By coordinating workload planning, tracking key performance indicators, supporting subcontractor management, and developing operational processes, I aim to create predictability and stability as we continue to grow and mature as an organization.Strategic Leadership: I contribute to long-term strategic planning and execution in alignment with our three-year vision. Through monthly Strategy & Finance sessions, management retreats, and strategic reviews, I share insights with leadership and help manage our public-facing initiatives as part of representing the Fuse brand.My work centers on helping build an organization where excellence, growth, and impact come together—supporting both business success and team fulfillment.
