As a leader with various areas of impact, Joseph have been crucial to the success of ESPN prior to and throughout the pandemic. His production partners consistently praise him for his mixing skill and music selections. Joseph is also a DE & I leader and culture builder. He led audio for the ESPN produced HBCU “Battle of the Brains” recruiting initiative, which brought together leaders from ESPN and students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Joseph also led audio for Andscape (formerly The Undefeated) Presents The Stop: Living, Driving and Dying While Black. To start of 2023 Joseph lead audio for the 3rd annual “Tech & Data Showcase that details the story of bold innovation behind our company\'s tech and data-driven offerings.” In addition, Joseph is a trainer in both digital centers and provides mentorship to new operators. He was selected for top-priority initiatives throughout career span, thus gaining exceptional client relations and demonstrated various project management skill sets. Joseph also creatively consults project development with teams producing content for 26 networks with syndication, radio, digital, consumer products, social media and event production. He is very talented in the development and retention of strong working relationships. Additionally, Joseph is a strong team player highlighted by winning Emmy Award from The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences.
