I’m now proudly a Virtual Sales Manager at Sales Made Easy. I’m passionate about helping business owners and sales teams reach new heights – and that’s exactly what we do! We make it easy for SME’s to sell consistently and to sell more. But how? By building and managing high-performing sales teams that drive real results. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to develop and lead sales teams for my own ventures, start-ups and established businesses wanting to grow and expand. My experience spans field sales, telesales and self-employed sales teams and while the journey involved its share of learning, I\'ve found an approach that works. When I discovered the Sales Made Easy methodology, I knew I had found a system that aligned with my values. Joining forces with Kevin Hayler and the Sales Made Easy team felt like a natural fit, as we all share a commitment to making a tangible difference for business owners and their sales teams. With decades of combined experience and over sales delivered, we’ve created a Sales Playbook that we bring into every client’s business. As part-time Sales Managers, we integrate into your team, helping to train, coach, and manage your salespeople - whether you have one individual or an entire team. Our goal is to implement the processes needed for success while holding the team accountable to deliver results. In 2024 we helped our clients boost sales by an average of 24% within their first six months of working with us – this is a stat that we’re incredibly proud of. And rightly so! I’m based in Belfast, Northern Ireland, where I live with my amazing partner and our wonderful son, Cooper. Starting a family has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and it’s given me a fresh perspective on both work and personal growth. Outside of my professional life, I’m deeply passionate about bodybuilding. It’s a pursuit that has not only strengthened me but also instilled a mindset of discipline, focus, and resilience that I carry into all areas of life. Whether I’m at the gym or working on new challenges, I’m always striving to push my limits and improve myself.
