About Joseph Coleman

I work at the intersection of clinical research operations, strategic partnerships, and patient access. Over the past 16 years I have built my career across the biotech ecosystem supporting organizations that develop, manufacture, and deliver innovative therapies. My experience spans business development, program management, and operational strategy, with a focus on helping life science organizations translate complex scientific programs into scalable and impactful execution. At Kite Pharma I supported global commercial programs in cell therapy, collaborating across clinical, manufacturing, and commercial teams to enable successful program execution. This experience sparked my interest in the broader systems that determine how innovative therapies reach patients. Today at Almac I work in clinical trial operations supporting global studies and the complex supply chains that power them. Through this work I am particularly focused on how clinical development, operational strategy, and market access ultimately influence patient access to new therapies. To deepen this focus, I am currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Boston University with an emphasis on health equity and patient access. My long term goal is to help bridge clinical development, market access strategy, and public health so that innovative therapies reach patients more efficiently and equitably.
