With Remediation Teams local to the Greater Philadelphia and Greater Charlotte Metro Areas, the Division is equipped to respond quickly to a variety of Sites and environmental challenges. These Remediation Teams are experienced in Vapor Mitigation and Treatment System Installation, Earthwork, Soil Mixing including ISS, ISCO, & SCM, Multi-Point Injection, and much more!Joseph is responsible for advancing Summit\'s Remediation Division into its next phase of growth — leveraging decades of institutional knowledge, integrating emerging technologies, and building trusted, high-performing teams to support future environmental challenges. Summit, through acquisitions of notable industry leaders such as South Atlantic Environmental Drilling and Construction Co, Inc.(SAEDACCO) and Subsurface Environmental Technologies (SET), positioned itself to provide Remediation and Geophysical services in addition to multiple Drilling technologies. Now, having undergone a restructure in 2025, Summit\'s Remediation Division is prepared to deliver a comprehensive range of technologies that guide Clients through every stage of site redevelopment — from site characterization and geotechnical/environmental drilling to full-scale remediation. With roots dating back to the 1950s in the Northeast and over 30 years of Drilling and Construction experience in the Southeast, Summit has evolved from a regional well drilling company into a leading environmental services provider. Since its formal establishment in the 1980s, the company has consistently expanded its service offerings and geographic reach.
