Talent Acquisition Lead - Early Careers @Bjss

Leading on the recruitment for all Early Careers roles across BJSS which includes graduates, apprentices, and career changers all feeding into our award-winning Academy programme. In my role I am responsible for: • Designing and implementing our recruitment strategy for all early career’s roles alongside the wider Academy team • Sourcing the best talent for our various Academy programmes (Engineering, Consulting, Design, Platform and Data) • Reviewing and improving processes alongside the Head of Academy and Academy Manager: Assessment process, onboarding, after care and support once employees have joined the business. • Improving D&I across BJSS through our Academy programmes that provide opportunities for people looking to start a career in tech. • Building long term relationships with Universities and bootcamps • Attending and running events (careers fairs, employer presentations etc) • Defining and leading projects focused on continuous improvement • Empowering the Academy Talent team to deliver on our strategy and support them in their personal and professional development • Managing relationships with key stakeholders across BJSS • Day to day recruitment tasks (candidate calls, direct sourcing and interviews) BJSS is an award-winning technology and engineering consultancy for business.
