I am a partner working in the Property Litigation Department. I deal with contentious property work, in particular commercial and residential property disputes and landlord and tenant issues including possession claims, lease renewals and disputes over rights of way. My work also includes covenant breaches, service charge issues and disrepair claims. I am able to advise on all methods of recovery of unpaid sums from tenants, including bankruptcy and other insolvency measures. I have experience of dealing with County Court and High Court claims and of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. I undertake property dispute resolution work in connection with agricultural and rural property matters. I am a member of the Property Litigation Association.

I also have experience in agricultural and rural property matters, in a dispute resolution context. I have experience of conducting advocacy at Court and am able to advise on a broad range of legal issues. I am a member of the Property Litigation Association.
