1. Director of Quality Assurance

   Coordinated with our team of engineers to create a polished product and user experience by establishing or improving quality processes such as CICD pipelines, automated testing, and bug reporting.Integrate AI tools into testing processes, including Playwright MCP and Playwright Agents with VS Code and Claude Code. Implementation of these tools focused on effective and meaningful impact to our engineering objectives.Manage and coordinate releases across engineering team. Using GitHub Actions, our team created a pipeline which automatically runs hundreds of automated tests against a release branch that deploys automatically to a staging environment.Performance testing have produced metrics that help verified and resolve issues which support 200% of our baseline student user base when our systems are under load. Performance tests are deployed to AWS cloud servers using Redline13 and execute performance load scripts using either JMeter or k6.Lead an effort to establish a Page-Object Model library for end-to-end testing, using Playwright and Node.js. Built a blackbox testing framework using Playwright\'s API testing tools.Introduced automation to our pipeline using GitHub actions and Heroku. Integrated Playwright API and end-to-end tests into various steps of the release pipeline.Achieved SOC2 compliance. Managed security vendors to integrate automated security testing or security auditing on our systems. Security testing included static testing, dynamic testing, and penetration testing. Low effort, high yield security testing including activities such as penetration testing. Includes exploits around input validation in API requests, cross-site attacks, AWS permissions attacks, and security audits.
