Manage all CapEx projects for Innospec OFS Manufacturing and Operations facilities\\\\n• Facilitate business needs and define current and future processes with Engineering teams\\\\n• Develop and participate in project planning, scheduling, estimating, and establishing scope of work and all\\\\ndeliverables\\\\n• Obtain permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites\\\\n• Manage day to day construction activities and the successful execution of a single or multiple project(s)\\\\nsimultaneously\\\\n• Oversee purchasing and materials receiving process related to projects\\\\n• Report progress regularly regarding cost and schedule\\\\n• Manage subcontractor and vendor contracts and relationships\\\\n• Responsible for project documentation and record keeping in line with company standards\\\\n• Create and maintain a project issue log and recommend corrective or preventative actions\\\\n• Conduct project risk reviews\\\\n• Review and approve payments to subcontractors and vendors\\\\n• Comply with company policies and procedures and OSHA and DOH safety protocols\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
