About Joseph Betz

I have spent my entire life looking to explore, learn, and capitalize on the opportunities given to me. From a young age, I have gone to great lengths to pursue my passions. At that point, those passions were music and sports. Starting out as a varsity wrestler as a freshman in high school, then going to play viola in a college orchestra - I had set individual goals, and achieving them became a passion in and of itself. As I grew older, and began my professional career working in a leasing office, I realized that this passion on its own was not enough. I began to see that there would be obstacles within my professional life that would require a commitment to not only my individual goals, but the goals of my office. From a busted water pipe in the building, to an internet outage that had impacted the ability of 200 students to do their work, these obstacles became goals to overcome. This time, they were the goals of a group. I then moved on following my graduation, and ended up working in a Pediatric Cardiology practice. I found this to be extraordinarily fulfilling, and again, was motivated by the impact that the entire practice as whole made on the lives of these children. If our practice was not running smoothly, patients would not be seen, and not get the care that was essential to them. My goals became bigger than myself, and that became my motivation. Now, as I work as a Provider Contractor, I continue to be motivated by my peers and our unwavering commitment to achieve a common goal. I will carry this with me wherever my career may take me.
