I’m a project manager and strategist with more than 25 years of experience leading complex initiatives across consulting, manufacturing, and product development. My work focuses on bridging strategy and execution—aligning stakeholders, managing delivery, and translating research and vision into practical, real-world outcomes.I currently serve as Lead Strategist and Project Manager at Canna Markets Group (CMG), an industrial hemp consulting and market analysis firm supporting the development of global hemp supply chains. My work spans textiles, manufacturing, agriculture, and infrastructure development, and includes coordinating international initiatives across North America, Europe, and Africa; managing execution across schedules, budgets, and deliverables; and producing original industry research and public-facing reports. I regularly work at the intersection of market intelligence, product development, and institutional collaboration.In parallel, I serve as Chief Strategy Officer for Commonwealth Denim, a Pennsylvania-based apparel project focused on developing premium hemp-based selvedge denim through domestic manufacturing, supply-chain transparency, and vertically integrated production. My role includes defining and executing overall business, brand, and product strategy; leading hemp-based textile development; and managing end-to-end product development from R&D through early-stage commercialization.I have served as a keynote speaker and lecturer at academic and industry forums, including North Carolina State University and Syracuse University, and have worked closely with manufacturers, researchers, investors, and institutions navigating emerging hemp markets.    Commonwealth Denim is a Pennsylvania-based apparel project focused on developing premium selvedge denim using industrial hemp textiles, with a strategic emphasis on domestic manufacturing, supply-chain transparency, and rebuilding vertically integrated textile infrastructure within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.Serve as Chief Strategy Officer and founding operator responsible for shaping the company’s strategic vision and leading end-to-end development from concept through production. Role spans textile sourcing, manufacturing coordination, product development, supply-chain strategy, and early-stage commercialization, with a focus on consolidating as much of the value chain as possible within Pennsylvania.• Define and execute overall business, brand, and product strategy, aligning mission, materials, manufacturing, and market positioning• Lead the development of hemp-based selvedge denim textiles, working directly with Pennsylvania-based and regional mills, processors, and technical partners• Project manage the full product development lifecycle, including design iterations, pattern development, fabric finishing, shrinkage testing, and quality control• Coordinate domestic manufacturing and supply-chain partners across spinning, weaving, cutting, sewing, and finishing, prioritizing in-state capabilities where feasible• Oversee cost modeling, pricing strategy, and early-stage financial planning, including small-batch production runs and pre-order launch strategy• Lead stakeholder communications and manage collaboration between designers, patternmakers, mills, and production partners• Guide brand development, messaging, and go-to-market planning for initial product launches• Ensure alignment between long-term material innovation goals and near-term production realities
