I am a district level leader in Denver Public Schools responsible for leading complex, cross functional work that improves school outcomes and strengthens the systems that support them. My role spans strategy, execution, people leadership, and accountability across multiple teams and initiatives.I lead district level work focused on improving outcomes, strengthening systems, and supporting school leaders to do their best work.My role centers on three things that matter at scale:• Setting clear strategy grounded in what schools actually experience• Building and aligning teams, structures, and funding to support that strategy• Holding ourselves accountable for results while staying practical and humanI have led school improvement, network launches, organizational restructuring, and cross functional initiatives that cut across academics, operations, finance, HR, and accountability. I am most effective in complex environments where the work is urgent, the systems are imperfect, and progress requires both discipline and trust.I believe strong districts are built by leaders who listen closely to schools, make hard decisions with clarity, and follow through consistently over time.
