We manage ticket sales and guest services for both dinner and show offerings across phone, email, and in-person channels. Our team utilizes multiple platforms for booking, point-of-sale, marketing campaigns, and sales reporting.In addition to operations, we create and implement targeted email marketing campaigns, social media content, and performance-related communications, working in tandem with the restaurant team to ensure a seamless guest experience. I’ve developed strong partnerships with concierge teams across the greater Jackson area to drive tourist and group traffic, enrolling several in our FareHarbor Affiliate program. I also secured multiple sponsorships for the 2025 Town Square Shoot-Out program.
