Responsible for supporting and analyzing various activities and initiatives related to business systems for Asbury and affiliated entities, in collaboration with appropriate/multiple stakeholders and alignment with the mission, vision, values, and goals of Asbury Communities. The position reports to the Senior Director, Business Information Systems.Essential Functions• Supports and assists in facilitating the organization\'s financial systems tools. The primary focus is supporting the Enterprise Resource Planning system (NetSuite). Additionally, it supports other business systems in business analytics, financial reporting, general ledger, document management, asset management, project management, accounts payable, corporate cards, budget and forecasting, and other areas.• Provides end-user education, support, and guidance for systems and tools. Develop communications to inform and educate users about system features, functions, and benefits.• Supports systems: Analytics, Financial Reporting, ERP, Budget, Document Management, Expense Reporting (Workday Adaptive Insights, Qlik, NetSuite ERP (GL, AP, FA, SCM (tentative), Allocations), Solver, DocuPeak, Corporate Card (CentreSuite), other reporting and analysis tools (Align, SSRS, etc), QS/1 (Pharmacy) and core Microsoft Office suite.• Helps to perform functionality reviews, system evaluation, new implementation or upgrades, and education for core systems. Works to integrate new affiliates and new lines of service into the core systems. Seeks opportunity to adopt and adapt automation and remove manual processes where identified.• Works with all levels of the organization to standardize metadata and master data. Promotes Master Data Governance for existing and new systems. • Looks to integrate data from additional systems - Marketing, Operations, HR, etc into Data Warehouse and analytics solutions.• Seeks to automate manual processes and make more efficient existing operations
