A dedication to refined processes, critical thinking, and thoughtful communication allows our clients to prosper in their new built environment. For the client, a construction project is a whole lot more than an efficient HVAC system, well-planned ADA accessibility, beautiful meeting space. It is the next chapter in their entrepreneurial chapter. After spending 13 years as a general contractor, I saw the clear need to improve the design and construction process from the owner\'s perspective. The projects and clients I represent come from various industries but have one common thread—they need a trusted advisor to lead the collective team, with a focus on interiors, adaptive reuse, value add, or new construction for a variety of user and investor types. Clients describe me as being organized, approachable, and holding an extensive knowledge base of all things real estate and construction. I keep owners informed while managing the details and proactively clearing roadblocks keeps projects on schedule and budget.
