Joe Zanco is the President and Chief Executive Officer and serves on the Board of Directors of Catalyst Bank and its parent company, Catalyst Bancorp, Inc. Joe served as Chairman of the One Acadiana (regional chamber of commerce) Board of Directors in 2015. Joe serves on the Board of Directors of the Louisiana Association of Business and Industry (LABI).Joe served for nine years on the Board of Trustees of Lafayette General Health.Joe is past president of the Acadiana Chapter of the LCPA (Society of Louisiana CPAs) and has served on the LCPA’s Board of Directors. In 2016, the LCPA presented him with its Distinguished Public Service Award for his commitment to serving those in need. He is a member of the AICPA and Institute for Internal Auditors. In 2017, the AICPA awarded him its National Public Service Award for the diversity of his public service and the selflessness he has shown in supporting his community and the CPA profession.Joe graduated from Louisiana State University in 1992 with an Accounting degree. He is a graduate of Leadership Lafayette XXI. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor.
