About Joseph Wilber
My name is Joseph Wilber and I am currently a fourth year Finance and Real Estate student at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Over the past Summer I had the opportunity to intern for Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. My role was conducting market research of industrial properties in designated market area of Canton, OH by using CoStar, LandVision LexisNexis, and Excel. I abstracted offering memorandums and leases to create a definitive rent guide and gauge the market rent in that area. In addition to this, I also contributed to Matthews shared database by entering property research and sales comparables.
