1. Sr Director, Strategic Business Engagement

   As the Senior Director of Strategic Business Engagement, I lead a team of 20 professionals, including certified project managers, senior business system analysts, senior business managers, marketing operations experts, and data analytics owners. My primary responsibility is to provide governance over data and transition software to modern technologies. I report directly to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and oversee project management, marketing automation, corporate analytics, user interface (UI)/user experience (UX), and digital development. Additionally, I establish IT governance and delivery methodology, streamline reporting for various departments, and oversee large-scale initiatives and software implementation. Some of my notable achievements include building a maturity model to scale the organization from level 1 to 4 across 3 processes, creating a formal governance process with executive leadership, identifying and addressing event management inefficiencies at the global level, and assisting in defining and delivering on a 3-year IT roadmap. I also managed digital operations and registration for the HIMSS Global Conference for 2 consecutive years, increasing registration post-pandemic by 218% in 2 years and optimizing the digital registration process to reduce registration time by 50%.
