Passionate and results-driven healthcare executive with a track record of operational excellence, service line growth, and financial performance improvement. With extensive experience in inpatient and ambulatory care, I specialize in driving strategic initiatives that enhance patient outcomes, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Before transitioning into executive leadership, I worked as a clinician, providing respiratory care across diverse settings, including ICU, CCU, Neuro-ICU, ED, Level II NICU, and Med/Surg. I was responsible for protocol management, ventilator management, oxygen therapy, lung expansion therapy, responding to code blue and rapid response calls, and attending high-risk deliveries and C-sections. My clinical background gives me a unique perspective in bridging patient-centered care with operational strategy.
