I am a highly meticulous and innovative problem solver with excellent oral and written communication skillsAs a Human Resources specialist at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, I am dedicated to enhancing the recruitment and classification processes that help shape a skilled and diverse workforce committed to protecting our environment. With a strong focus on compliance and strategic staffing, I take pride in ensuring that our agency attracts top talent who are passionate about making a difference in public service.In addition to my role at the EPA, I serve as a Human Resources Non-Commissioned Officer (42A) in the Ohio Army National Guard.
