I am a senior account representative with over 27 years of sales experience and 24 in the manufacturing and plastics industry. I strive to build long-term partnerships with my customers and prospects, providing solutions through technical knowledge and expertise and helping them achieve success in sales growth and application solutions. At Tekra I have increased sales within my western US territory from $6.5 million per year to $10.7 million in 23\', nearly 65% growth. I have also taken on the responsibility of working with our international accounts as of 2022. I am proud to have been awarded Tekra\'s Presidential Award winner twice, most recently in 2023. Our presidential award is \"In recognition of your efforts in having the biggest impact on the success of Tekra this past year.\" Critical to success is maintaining strong internal relationships with operations, procurement, R&D, quality, and marketing as well as being the leader of my team of inside sales and customer service counterparts and working hand in hand with our vendor partners like Dupont, 3M, and Sabic. I enjoy being able to have a well-rounded sales experience from traveling to in-person meetings, Teams meetings, trade shows, technical presentations, presentations at OEMs for spec work, and working with the team on R&D projects and development. My role at Tekra has grown through the years and has allowed me to achieve success both on professional and personal levels which I have been blessed to enjoy with my wife Stephanie and three sons, Nathan, Jeremiah, and Chris. Tekra is a coater, converter, and distributor of plastic films, adhesives, and conductive inks. We are a leader in the industrial and digital specialty printing industries as well as markets such as aerospace, medical, automotive, and EV, amongst others.
