As the Owner and Co-Founder of MEGATAN, I have led the brand\'s growth from initial concept and business planning to a thriving presence across both physical retail and digital commerce. My role spans from investment and raising capital to strategic leadership, brand development, sales, operations, and marketing—shaping MEGATAN into a recognized name in the tanning industry.From inception, I took charge of building MEGATAN’s brand identity with a strong emphasis on premium service and a customer-first philosophy. I oversaw the strategic planning and execution of our flagship salon, managing everything from site and vendor selection, interior design, construction and customer experience innovation. Ensuring that every element reflected our commitment to excellence.In parallel, I directed both the initial negotiations with major industry brand partners and our expansion into the e-commerce space, supporting in the build of our website/online store to distribute a curated selection of high-quality tanning products. I was also the driving force behind MEGATAN’s entry into TikTok Shop, leveraging emerging digital marketing trends to reach and engage new audiences. This move has been instrumental in driving substantial brand awareness and sales growth online.My current responsibilities include leading expansion into the UK wholesale markets, building out our own range of tanning products and driving initiatives to add both higher long term value to our existing customer base and lead key strategic decisions to add new revenue streams to our portfolio. Operationally, I oversee team management, supplier relationships, and inventory management, maintaining high standards across the customer journey.As Director, my main objective is to make MEGATAN the go to, one stop shop, for all things tanning, in the world.
