The role of Software/Systems engineer is to implement and support distributed systems, APIs, and related services to protect critical Enterprise Data. This role offers tremendous exposure to industry leading Cryptographic processes & practices, hands-on exposure to Hardware Security Modules, exposure to Blockchain/Digital Currencies, and leading systems monitoring tools & technologies- experience in a distributed IT Engineering and/or support function - experience with implementing and supporting APIs, Key management & Encryption products, and solutions- experience with cloud computing (setup, migration, management etc,)- experience with systems and application engineering involving OS hardening, setting up and managing logging and monitoring capabilities for enterprise systems- Strong working knowledge of OS (Linux and Windows) from security point of view (configuration, hardening etc.)- Knowledge of deploying and managing APIs, and automation/scripting (Python/Bash, PowerShell etc.)- Understanding of Cryptography/encryption concepts, methods, and processes- Experience with on-prem and/or cloud based key management solutions like AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault etc. is highly desired - Very good verbal and written communication skills- Good system analysis and problem-solving skills- Understanding of Agile methodology and ability to work in a fast-paced Enterprise environment is desired.
