Location Compliance: Updating and maintaining the CRA license for all the clients. • Attend client audit on CLRA on monthly and quarterly basis.• Closely monitor with Business for CLRA renewal and audit the location details of deployed employees.• Interact with Compliance partner for all the audit documents and validate as per payroll.• Monthly PF Challan, receipt and certificates will be shared to the clients on monthly, quarterly and yearly as per the clients’ request.• Adhere to Compliance and closely follow up on clients CLRA renewal in place.• Attend Labour court session on request basis.• Visit Labour Inspector on various issue and concern notice raised by Labour Department • Arrange X6 details from TA team to Compliance team.• X6 covering letter submission to Labour Department.• New Joinees who are eligible for ESI, their details will share with our Compliance partner to create ESIC cards.• ESI monthly data received from payroll team to Compliance partner for ESI challan creation.• Monthly ESI Challan and paid receipt will be shared to Finance to upload the payments in ESI Portal.• Weekly dashboard presented to Management on Compliance data.• Third Party Contract (TPC) offshore Invoice Processing: • On a monthly basis send time sheet approval mail to Employees and Managers to raise the time sheet and approve.• Partners will share the invoices and supporting documents for HR approval and same will be validated and approved.• Invoices will be shared to procurement team to create SES/GRN and process the payment.• Payment communication will be shared with Vendors on weekly basis.• Validating and ensuring the accuracy in vendor invoices and payments.• TPC MIS will be prepared and presented to Management team on a weekly basis.
