   I was brought into this $13M a year (now $30M) content marketing company as Controller to take full charge of all accounting, reporting and treasury needs. This included retraining and rehiring a four person accounting department, implementing process and internal controls, preparing GAAP compliant financial statements (with a primary focus on revenue recognition), cash forecasting and managing the periodic global financial statement audits and tax filings. As VP of Finance and Accounting, I develop strategic reporting, including product profitability, profitability by vertical, gross and net retention analysis, actual vs. budget. I am also a member of the Executive and Leadership Committee.
