As a Litigation lawyer at Fasken, I help clients navigate complex commercial disputes with clarity, strategy, and resolve. My practice spans a wide range of industries and legal issues—from construction and shareholder disputes to intellectual property and international arbitration. I’ve appeared before the Ontario and Manitoba Courts of Appeal, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and represented clients in both domestic and international arbitrations. My approach is shaped by experience at boutique litigation and construction firms, where I developed a deep understanding of contractual, shareholder, and construction disputes, among others. Before law, I built a successful career in B2B sales, honing negotiation skills that now serve my clients in high-stakes legal contexts. I earned my LL.B. from King’s College London, where I was recognized with multiple academic awards and served as a Teaching and Research Assistant in negotiation and strategic decision-making. Outside of practice, I contribute to access to justice through Pro Bono Ontario and support the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic as a member of its fundraising committee.
