Working as personal trainer is one of the highlights of my career. Connecting with people is both a value and belief in my world. Value, because meeting someone and building an organic relationship is one of the most valuable assets we have and belief, because I genuinely believe there is nothing more powerful then human connection. Starting a journey with a new client is exciting to me. I love that new connection feeling. Once we begin their fitness journey exploring what type of training best suits my client is a process that never tires. Seeing my clients push themselves on the gym floor, garden, park, running track or home is amazing. They push me in my style of coaching and the delivery of the information I share as a coach, each client is a work of art and we work together to get the best results for the individual. I have qualified as PT, qualified as a specialist in obesity and diabetes. I have also a GP exercise referral qualification. Fitness is life. It\'s not all about losing weight and counting calories, its about having fun and reaching your goals. Oh and a little bit of hard work never hurt anyone.
